What does this Policy cover?

What data do we collect, use and share (summary)?

Commercial information, such as products or services you have purchased, obtained or considered, or other purchase or consumption history or trends.

Information on Internet or network activity, such as your browsing history, search history and information regarding a consumer's interaction with an Internet website application or advertisement.

Geolocation information- The data is obtained from your device by using satellite signals or cell phone towers to locate you within a geographic area. Accurate geolocation data is equal to or less than the area of a circle with a radius of 1,850 feet and is considered sensitive personal information.

Audio or visual information- such as audio or screen recordings (with your permission).

Inferences, the data extracted from the above data could create a profile that reflects your preferences, characteristics, predispositions, behavior, capabilities and aptitudes.

Data retention:

When we no longer need your data for our stated purposes, we securely delete it.

Collection of data from minors:

We recognize the importance of protecting the privacy and safety of children. Our Services are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 16 or from minors otherwise defined in local laws or regulations without verifiable parental consent. If we learn that someone under the age of 16 has provided us with their information, we will use our best efforts to delete it from our databases.
