Cholula breathes deep pre-Hispanic airs. The city was built on the foundations of a great indigenous city.

Pre-Hispanic Cholula was a great metropolis inhabited for thousands of years.

Temples were built over these indigenous sanctuaries, and today Cholula has 37 churches, which is surprising for a city of its size.

The image of the conquest in the Church of Los Remedios presides from the top of the great pyramid. The Soledad Chapel of the Parish of San Andrés bears witness.
